Get account details

GET 
/v1/accounts/:id

The account details will include the booking balance if the withBalance query parameter is set to true. The call will be rejected if withBalance is used in a case where the access right on balances is not granted. See XS2A Framework Implementation Guidelines, Section 6.6.2 for additional details.
